Created product does not appear in product portfolio search results

Overview

A newly created product cannot be found in the product portfolio, even when searching by the full product name or a partial name. The product also does not appear to be hidden by any filters, which suggests it is missing from the portfolio listing entirely and cannot be discovered by users.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create or open an existing product.

  2. Copy the product name.

  3. Navigate to the product portfolio page.

  4. Paste the full product name into the search field.

  5. If no results appear, try searching with only part of the product name.

  6. Verify the active filters to confirm the product is not being hidden by a filter.

Acceptance Criteria

  • The created product appears in the product portfolio search results when searching by full name.

  • The created product appears when searching by a valid partial name.

  • The product is visible when no filters are applied and is not incorrectly excluded from the portfolio listing.

  • If the product is intentionally excluded, the UI should clearly indicate why it is not searchable or visible.
