Distributor Integration: Exclusive Networks connection failing with "Invalid credentials" despite correct setup

Description:

We are unable to connect to Exclusive Networks as a distributor in Salesbuildr. After entering all credentials (token, scope, endpoint, Client ID, secret), the connection returns the following error: "Error: Invalid credentials. Please check your distributor credentials."

We have re-entered credentials multiple times, deleted and re-added the connection, and verified the configuration via screenshot. The token, scope, and endpoint appear correctly formatted. The issue has been reproduced across two separate instances.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to distributor settings and add/edit the Exclusive Networks connection

  2. Fill in all required credentials (Client ID, secret, token, scope, endpoint)

  3. Save/test the connection

  4. Observe the error: "Error: Invalid credentials. Please check your distributor credentials."

Expected behaviour:

The connection authenticates successfully and Exclusive Networks is available as an active distributor.

Impact:

Exclusive Networks distributor feed is unavailable. Affects at least two instances. Direct contact with Exclusive Networks may be needed to verify whether credentials or their API configuration are involved.
