Where in the platform does the bug occur (include feature area and tenant/page link)?
Opportunity - Note: The start date was manually updated by William in order to allow the customer to download the PDF copy of the quote.
What is happening (actual result)?
I am experiencing an issue where I cannot open or print an approved quote as a PDF without being prompted to set a start date. I would like the start date field to be optional for opportunities.
What should happen instead (expected result)?
Start date on the opportunity should be made optional since Halo does not require this field when creating an opportunity.
Who is affected (“All Autotask clients”, “Bart from MSP Navigator”, “All admins”)?
