Opportunity: Stage not updated to "Proposal Signed" after quote approval despite audit trail entry

Description:

We approved a quote which, according to our quote stage mapping, should move the linked opportunity from stage 5 (Proposal Sent) to stage 6 (Proposal Signed). The opportunity stayed in stage 5.

Steps to reproduce:

3. The audit trail shows the "Quote approved" and "Quote ordered" entries, followed by what looks like a blank/empty entry.

Expected behaviour:

Opportunity stage should automatically update to stage 6 (Proposal Signed) upon quote approval, per our configured quote to opportunity stage mapping.
