PSA Integration: No status mapping available for internal quote approval state (sent-internal)

Description:

We would like the ability to map the internal quote approval state to a corresponding status in HaloPSA.

Currently, when a quote enters our internal approval workflow, it is assigned the internal status sent-internal. The HaloPSA quote status mapping table only exposes Draft, Sent, Approved, Declined, and Expired, so there is no row available to map sent-internal.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Configure an approval rule that triggers internal approval on a quote (for example, a discount or margin threshold)

2. Send a quote that meets the rule so it enters internal approval

3. Check the HaloPSA sync log

Expected behavior:

Either the internal approval state should have a configurable mapping row in the HaloPSA quote status settings, or the sync should skip attempting to push a status update while the quote is in internal approval, only syncing once it reaches one of the standard mapped statuses.

Actual behavior:

The sync fails with the error "Quote status mapping is missing for sent-internal status" while the quote is pending internal approval, since there is no mapping option for this state.

Impact:

The sync error creates confusion for customers trying to understand why their quote status isn't updating in Halo. In at least one case, this combined with a manual status change made directly in Halo led to the opportunity and quote status becoming inconsistent between the two systems.
