Customer reported that Quote is not accessible. When attempting to open the quote from the overview (Page not found) error is displayed. The issue has been replicated internally. Investigation revealed that the quote opportunity is missing a valid contact. The opportunity was originally created for a contact associated with company A. However, this contact was subsequently moved to company B, resulting in a conflict between the contact and company, rendering the opportunity invalid. A long-term fix for this mismatch will be addressed.
Provide a way to avoid this mismatch, changed company contact in Autotask and replicated on Salesbuildr side.
