Unlisted products added via template are excluded from quotes instead of showing a notification

Summary

When a quote is created using a template that contains unlisted products, those products do not appear on the quote.

Expected behavior

Unlisted products included in a template should be added to the quote normally. The original ask was for a clear notification explaining that certain items are unlisted, not for those items to be blocked from appearing. Products are intentionally set to unlisted to prevent sales reps from adding them individually, not to block them from being used through templates or bundles. 

Actual behavior

Unlisted products are not added to the quote at all. A warning is shown, but the products are missing entirely.
