I am experiencing an issue where users with the 'USER' role are unable to view quotes that have been marked as 'approved'. They can view quotes in 'waiting approval' and 'DRAFT' statuses without a problem. This issue started around March 3, 2026, and we believe the 'USER' role should have access to view approved quotes.
