More options in "Price calculation strategy"

Would like more options to choose from, now it rounds everything to .99 would like a more dynamic system:
round amounts under €100 to .99 (like it is now)
round amounts above €100 to whole euro €5 and €9 €117,76 --> €119,00 , €211,85 --> €215,00
