Add a Notification of undelivered e-mails (audit trail and email to quote owner)

If emails do not arrive at the intended recipient ( bounce due to a typo in the email address or blocked by a spam filter, for example) we are not aware of this. We would like to receive a notification when an e-mail does not reach its final destination.
