When you open a quote in Salesbuildr, you can't see if it's already processed.

Adding an "additional" (supplementary) STATUS/Marking that can only be entered by a Salesbuildr Admin/User on an Approved quote, so that this quote is processed within PSA.

This ensures that in the overview of Quotes, you can clearly see:

Which ones still need to be processed
Which ones have been processed/completed.
