30/60/90 day contract renewal tiles and notifications

We would like to see contract renewal dashboard tiles for contracts expiring in 30, 60 and 90 days as well as notification alerts for contracts nearing their end dates. Right now the Dashboard only shows a tile for expiring contracts in this quarter. Under the Whitespace tab, you can filter contracts expiring in one week, one month (30 days), this quarter, in 12 months and all time, nothing for 60 days. Also, there is no built in alerting as contracts get closer to their end date.

We would like tiles or a notification to trigger automatically at 30, 60, and 90 days before a contract's end date, so we get an early warning instead of having to check the Whitespace tab manually. This would let us start renewal conversations earlier and reduce the risk of contracts lapsing without a follow up.

Ideally this would work as:

• A visual indicator on the tile itself showing which threshold it has crossed (90/60/30 days out)

• An optional email or in-app notification when a contract crosses one of these thresholds

• The ability to assign these notifications to the account manager or opportunity owner

This would help us be more proactive about renewals instead of reactive.
