Ability to select specific contracts when setting up email templates

Filter or target email templates based on contract types or contract IDs. For example:
• If a customer has a contract for Service X, they get Email Template A
• If they have a contract for Product Y, they get Email Template B
• If no contract matches, they receive nothing or a fallback email
