The order confirmation can attach the approved quote PDF today, but not the separate files the customer approved. Adding those accepted attachments to the confirmation makes sense, especially for the T&C and contract proof you need at the moment of acceptance. I am taking the core of this to refinement: a setting next to Include PDF on order confirmation that also attaches the quote's approved files, using the copies stored at approval time. The internal notification version, a template variable listing the accepted files, and the certificate listing are useful extensions we can layer on after that. No timeline yet.
