Add ability to sync product info from products on the quote template window

I made a large template, went into each product to clean them up and found that I cannot sync ("Refresh information from product catalog") those changes back into the template? I think I now have to rebuild it.

Should add a sync product button for each item, same as the normal quote window, on the template editing screen.
