Add an Automatic Follow-Up Notification Feature

Add an Automatic Follow-Up Notification feature that works like the existing Expiry Notification, but with the option to send multiple follow-ups. Users should be able to set the cadence (e.g., daily, every second day, or on specific dates) and define an end date for the notifications. There should be an associated template for editing of these follow-up notifications as per the Expiry Notification.
