Add another option in the discount group "type"

Currently there are 2 discount options, would like another one where you can give a x percentage discount. So if your discount (x) is 2% every markup will be deducted with that 2% percentage.
If I have a product group with 20% markup the markup will be 18%, if i have an another group with 15% markup the markup will be 13%.
