Add Classification fields to authorisation rules

Currently, when our Accounts team places a customer on Finance Hold, SB pulls this field and displays an F. However, when an Account Manager creates an opportunity, there is no clear alert indicating that the customer is on hold. In addition, the system still allows quotations to be generated and sent without restriction.

To improve controls and reduce risk, we would like to introduce an authorisation step. Specifically:
β€’ If the Account Classification = Finance Hold, an approval should be required from the Management Team before a quotation can be sent.
β€’ Ideally, this would also generate a clear alert for the Account Manager when creating or working on an opportunity for a customer on Finance Hold.

This change would ensure consistency between account status and sales activity, while adding an appropriate approval process for customers under Finance Hold.
