When using whitespace to find opportunities, Salesbuildr treats contracts as "Active" if their end date is in the future, despite the contract status being "Inactive". We need a separate filter to remove inactive contracts from the list.
An example of a contract being future end date but inactive, would be where a customer has a commitment until that end date, however the contract is disabled via inactive status to prohibit future/further billing.
I believe the default behavior runs off filter: "Having At Least One Service' as Yes/No
