Add Copy Functionality for Email Templates in Quotes (Home->Admin->Email->Email templates->Quotes)

1. What is the problem you are trying to solve?
   It is currently not possible to copy an existing email template in the path Home->Admin->Email->Email templates->Quotes, which is inconvenient when you want to create a new template based on an existing one.

2. In your mind, what does the feature look like?
   The feature adds a "Copy" option next to existing email templates, similar to the Manage quote templates copy function. This allows users to quickly make a copy and make adjustments without having to start from scratch.

3. If this idea is implemented, what is the long-term benefit to your business?
   This would lead to efficiency improvements, time savings, enhanced user experience, and potentially cost savings due to reduced administrative tasks.
