Add Hourly Calculation tool

We currently use an internal tool to calculate hours for project-related tasks. This tool allows us to scope work by defining both a subject and a detailed description of the activities involved. Based on the type of work, we assign the appropriate expertise, each with its own hourly rate. Option to calculate a percentage-based project management fee, either over the entire project or distributed across the project timeline.

It would also be great if the hour calculation could be easily added to a quote and seamlessly converted into a project in Autotask
