Add Opportunity ID to available template variables

Add Opportunity ID to the available template variables so it can be included in the quote URL on the customer portal. This way, the opportunity is automatically linked to the quote.

    **Phil** (2025-08-15): This is a very critical feature to allow email communication to flow correctly into Halo. Without it we have no way to capture replies, or communication into Halo.
