Add Sortable Cost and Margin Columns in Product Screen

What is the problem you are trying to solve?
There are no "Cost" or "Margin" columns, and it is also not possible to sort by these in the Product screen.

In your mind, what does the feature look like?
These columns should be added, and it should be possible to sort by them.

If this idea is implemented, what is the long-term benefit to your business?
It will be easier to sort and therefore manage products more quickly.
