Add the Company Account Manager variable to the selection

When creating 'contracts' in SaleBuilder (quote with detailed text etc…) it would be nice to also select the Account Manager linked to the company.

For now you can only select Opportunity Creator (owner.name), but this is useless if you want to prefill the AM name. Internal sales will create the opportunities & quotes, but the AM's will contact the customers
