Additional email variables

Our sales team would like some basic financials to be shown on the internal email notification for when an order is placed by the customer. As such, please could the following be added to the list of available variables on email templates?

{{quote.total.month}}
{{quote.total.oneTime}}
{{quote.total.quarter}}
{{quote.total.week}}
{{quote.total.year}}

Alternatively, it may be easier to simply have all quote variable available on email templates as well.
