Adjust message when retracting a quote

It would be nice if you can change the message inside the quote in case of retracting the quote, instead of changing the the whole template.

    **Rob Zwezereijn** (2025-03-21): We request the addition of a feature allowing users to retract previously sent Quotes directly from within the application. When retracting a Quote, the user should have the option to select from predefined email templates to clearly communicate the reason for the retraction to the customer. Functional Requirements: - Enable users to retract Quotes through the interface. - Allow selection from multiple email templates at the moment of retraction. - Provide flexibility to define various email templates based on common scenarios. Benefits: - Improved communication clarity with customers - Reduced manual effort in managing Quote retractions and associated communications.
