[Quote] [Status] Audit Trail Should Reflect Autotask-Triggered Quote Decline When Opportunity Marked Won/Closed

When a customer manually moves an Autotask opportunity to 'Won/Closed', all associated quotes in Salesbuildr that are in 'Draft' or 'Sent' status are automatically moved to 'Declined'. This is expected sync behavior, but the audit trail does not currently explain why the quote was declined, leaving customers confused about the sudden status change.

What is happening (actual result)?
When the customer manually changes an opportunity's status to 'Won/Closed' in Autotask, all quotes associated with that opportunity which are in 'Draft' or 'Sent' status in Salesbuildr are automatically moved to 'Declined'. The quote's audit trail does not indicate that this change was triggered by the opportunity status update in Autotask, making it appear as though the quote was declined without explanation.

What should happen instead (expected result)?
The audit trail should clearly log the reason for the quote moving to 'Declined', explicitly stating that the associated Autotask opportunity was manually moved to 'Won/Closed', triggering the automatic status change in Salesbuildr.
