Automating Mail/Signature Templates Based on Quote Templates

Feature Request[CMP]_Quotes[CMP]_Email

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that could improve our workflow: the ability to automatically select specific email and signature templates based on the quote template in use.

This functionality would help streamline processes and ensure consistent, tailored communication for different scenarios. For example, an English email and signature template could automatically pair with English quote templates, or specific mail templates could align with particular product lines.

This addition could save time and reduce errors, while also enhancing the professional appearance of our communications.

Consolidated into: Email: let certain users send out from a default adress and others from themselves

    **Victor Raessen** (2024-12-05): We are currently working on multi language support, including multi language email templates and translation functionality. It's expected that this will all be live in Q1. Once done let's review if the requested changes is still necessary.

    **HR** (2025-07-20): My feedback on this is less about the language (for us), but the idea of predefined email templates based on the quote type would be pretty cool. It's similar how we can have widgets with custom wording on the quote, the email notifying the customer of the quote would have wording to prepare them for what they're about to look at :)
