Automating Mail/Signature Templates Based on Quote Templates

I’d like to suggest a feature enhancement that could improve our workflow: the ability to automatically select specific email and signature templates based on the quote template in use.

This functionality would help streamline processes and ensure consistent, tailored communication for different scenarios. For example, an English email and signature template could automatically pair with English quote templates, or specific mail templates could align with particular product lines.

This addition could save time and reduce errors, while also enhancing the professional appearance of our communications.
