We're building a new spreadsheet-style view for editing quote line items, designed to make building quotes faster and more familiar if you're used to working in Excel.
What it will let you do:
Edit line items directly in a grid, with click-to-edit cells instead of opening each line individually.
Select multiple lines at once for bulk actions like delete, move, or change category.
Add products straight from the grid with search and filter, without leaving the view.
Import or paste line items from Excel or CSV, with a guided import wizard. If your file headers match a previous import, your column mapping is remembered automatically.
Work through large quotes faster thanks to sorting, resizing, and a summary row, all built to stay fast even with long lists of items.
How it will roll out:
The grid view will ship behind a beta flag, off by default. Beta testers get access first, then it rolls out gradually until it becomes the default experience.
Changes you make in the grid are explicit saves, so you will see a clear indicator when you have unsaved changes and get a warning if you try to leave without saving.
Want early access when the beta opens? Upvote or comment on this post and we'll notify you.
