Would be nice would be a section in Salesbuildr to manage these, such as a tab like Pricing Book. Bids could be entered or uploaded, clearly showing the Vendor, Product, Bid#, expiry date, distrubutor price and special Bid price.
Salesbuildr already supports special bids through pricing books and the special bid fields on products and quotes, so you can store a special bid price and bid number and carry them onto the quote and order today. A dedicated overview to manage all bids in one place (vendor, bid number, expiry date, distributor price and special bid price, with upload) is a separate addition. It is one request so far, so I am leaving it open for votes. There is a related card with a lot of votes, "Special bids via API instead of manual import", and others on long running bids; upvoting those helps show the demand for better bid management.
