With some regularity, employees add products themselves as charges on a ticket. For example; extra supplied keyboard, mouse, cables, docking station, monitor bracket, etc. When selecting the product as a charge, the prices are not always correct when it has not been added to a quote in Salesbuildr for some time.
I have been informed that it is not possible to update prices every night by default given the limits of the Autotask API.
Request is to be able to do this manually bulk wise.
