Cell Function with Multi-Select Function

Hi, We would like to see a function where we can create a multi-select rule in a cell. Goal: to be able to choose 3 or more possibilities in a cell, such as a description of a service, for example, platinum, gold, silver. It would also be useful to have this with a function with quantities. Just like being able to adjust product quantities by increasing and decreasing, it would be helpful to be able to set this as a function in a cell, for example, systems under management 4. And the 4 would be the adjustable function in a cell.
