Change order at QUOTE overview

Is it possible to change order in the QUOTE OVERVIEW. Now the first filter-method is "OWNER" and then followed by "CREATED BY". It would be more efficient to first see the "CREATED BY"-filter and then followed by "OWNER". Because we always check the offers we have created ourselves.
