Connectwise opportunity sync error export/tab on quote list

opportunity sync error export/tab on quote list, im a operations manager and would like a coloum added to the quote list that shows when a opportunity error is liked to a quote, also the ability to export would be great.

This would be perfect for quick viewing and to stay ahead of issues.
