Contacts: Cross-company portal view for contacts linked to multiple companies

Description

When a contact is linked to multiple companies (e.g. as a contact at several branch locations under a shared parent), they are prompted to select a company each time they log in to the portal. Once inside, they can only see quotes belonging to that specific company. There is no way to get a consolidated view of all quotes across all linked companies without switching between them.

This is a friction point for end customers who operate across multiple entities or branch locations and want a single unified overview of their quotes.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Create a contact and link them to multiple companies (e.g. a parent HQ and several child branches)

  2. Send quotes to different companies, all addressed to this contact

  3. Have the contact log in to the portal

  4. Observe that they must choose a company at login, and can only see quotes per company, not across all of them

Expected behaviour

A contact linked to multiple companies should have the option to view all quotes addressed to them in a single consolidated overview, regardless of which company the quote was sent under.

Desired solution / idea

Allow contacts to toggle between a "per-company" view and a "cross-company" view in the portal, showing all quotes across every company they are linked to. This would be especially valuable in parent/child setups where one person is the primary contact across the group.

Impact

Contacts at multi-branch or holding-structure customers cannot get a combined overview without repeatedly switching context at login. This creates unnecessary friction and support requests.
