Create a draft quote via API

I would like to be able to create a draft quote from a quote template from your API and to be able to review and edit before sending to the Client. It would also be great if we could either be able to manually enter the variables as parameters of the API call, or using an Opportunity ID (we use ConnectWise, other PSA's will have to be their equivalent) to populate the details of the quote.
