Create ticket after won opportunity - Extra feature

Very happy with the current "create ticket" feature. Would be nice to also have the option to fill the ticket content as our customers can see the tickets we create. As of now you can only create an internal note on the created ticket which the customer cannot see.

Would like the option to do both, not ticket instead of internal note.
