The customer initially reported that the 'Create Ticket' button was unavailable on quotes containing only recurring services, which disrupted their operational workflow for delivery and administrative tracking. This issue was resolved on 2026-05-26.

On 2026-05-27, the customer reported a new instance where the 'Create Ticket' button is not appearing, instead displaying a spinner, on quote N4RnpmsBNSoxvKo3Fir1. This quote includes both one-time and recurring items. Investigation by the development team revealed that a product within the quote lacks a backend reference, which is causing the spinner. A fix is currently being developed and is targeted for release on 2026-05-27.
