Custom Distributor Description -> Autotask

When clicking on a custom distributor and filling in the description, that information does not end up in Autotask. When we want to purchase something outside the regular channels and I place a website link in the description, it does not transfer to Autotask, which means purchasing does not know where it should be bought from.
