Customisable quote acceptance notification emails and visibility of outgoing emails
The customer is requesting more control over outgoing notification emails, particularly quote acceptance notifications. The current templates have limited styling and forced headers and footers, which prevents consistent branding with the customer’s other communications. The customer would prefer to either send these notifications from HaloPSA or have more customisation options within Salesbuildr. They have also raised a concern about setting up DKIM authentication for Salesbuildr when they cannot see or control which emails are being sent on their behalf.
What is happening (actual result)?
Quote acceptance notification emails are sent by Salesbuildr with limited styling options.
Headers and footers are forced and cannot be removed or modified.
The customer cannot align these emails with their existing branding and communication standards.
There is no option to disable Salesbuildr notifications and handle them through HaloPSA instead.
The customer has no visibility of which emails Salesbuildr sends from their domain, which creates hesitation around setting up DKIM authentication.
What should happen instead (expected result)?
Users should be able to fully customise notification email templates, including styling, headers, and footers, to match their branding.
Users should have the option to disable specific Salesbuildr notifications (e.g. quote acceptance) so these can be managed from their PSA, such as HaloPSA.
Users should be able to view a list or log of all email types Salesbuildr sends from their domain, so they can confidently configure DKIM and control what goes out.
