Customizable Underbilling Notifications Based on Cost Price or Quantity Discrepancies

We would like to request an enhancement to the current underbilling notification logic on the whitespace page. Our goal is to use this feature to detect actual billing issues, such as incorrect quantities or unintentional sales below cost, rather than tracking discounts.

Current Behavior: Underbilling is currently flagged when the sales price is lower than the list price. However, in many cases, this simply reflects intentional discounting, which is not necessarily an issue.

Requested Enhancement: We would like the ability to customize the conditions under which underbilling notifications are triggered. Specifically, we want to be notified only when:

• Add a settings option to define what constitutes "underbilling" (e.g., below cost price, quantity mismatch).
• Allow users to toggle between different underbilling criteria based on their business needs.
