Default template selection per sales account instead of organisation default

Default template while adding a new quote, is starting with a default template.
This default template is selectable in TEMPLATE section, but organisation wide and not for each user.

In our situation, we are working with different teams like inside sales, IT and Telecom.

It should be great, to let each person manage their default template.
The right place could be under MANAGE PROFILE.
