Distributor: Use Jarltech dedicated stock feed for hourly stock updates

Description:

Stock levels shown in Salesbuildr for Jarltech products can be up to 24 hours out of date. This is because we currently rely on a recurring price list that Jarltech regenerates only once per day due to load constraints on their side. We poll this file hourly, but since the underlying data only changes once a day, the stock data is effectively stale for most of the day.

Jarltech provides two dedicated, customer-independent stock feeds that are updated much more frequently (roughly hourly):

• https://www.jarltech.com/download/jarltech_stock.xml

No authentication is required to access these feeds.

Requested behaviour:

Integrate the Jarltech stock-only feed into the Jarltech connector so that stock values are fetched and updated separately from the nightly price list, at a higher frequency (e.g. hourly). Stock values from the dedicated feed should overlay the values imported via the price list.

Why this matters:

Stale stock data can lead to customers quoting products that are out of stock, causing downstream issues with orders and customer trust. Jarltech has already provided the tooling to solve this on their end. The fix is on our side.
