Enable to offer billing roles that determine the rate at which labor will be billed on a quote

Before using Salesbuildr, we used the quotes function in Autotask to offer hours (on actual cost) to mention on the quote.

We have set a number of roles for this in Autotask that we only use for quote: For example the role: Project & Installation work | Within office hours
When winning an opportunity, this labor is not booked on the project/ticket. That is also the intention because we book our hours on the project ourselves.

This option is not available in Salesbuildr and as a work around we have created products for this work. However, it sometimes goes wrong when winning the opportunity that these hours are booked as charges on the project/ticket when winning the opportunity. So this is a bit of a hassle.

We would like to be able to add labor to a quote that works the same way as a quote in Autotask.
