Enable toggle for 'Hide 'More products like this' section' at a Category Level

Currently the toggle for 'Hide 'More products like this' section' is only able to be toggled at a product level.

If this needs to be set for all products in a category, this is tedious to manage, and newly added products need manual updating.

Suggest adding toggle for this at a Category Level
