Title: Quotes: Need a way to tell which approved quotes have completed or are missing the sales order creation
Type: Feature Request
Description:
We need a way to quickly identify which approved quotes have had sales orders created versus which ones still need sales orders generated. Currently, there's no visibility into this status without opening each quote individually.
Related KB articles to review: https://help.salesbuildr.com/en/articles/6474899-fulfillment-tickets and https://help.salesbuildr.com/en/articles/7652425-quotes-and-approvals may cover existing post-sale workflows and should be checked to see if this capability is already documented or expected behavior.
Steps to Reproduce:
Create and approve multiple quotes.
Some quotes will have sales orders created (via Whitehat/HALO integration), others will not.
Attempt to identify which quotes are missing sales orders without opening each one individually.
Expected Behaviour:
The quote export CSV file should include a column indicating whether a sales order has been created for each quote. This could be displayed as "Yes/No", "Created/Needs Sales Order", or similar status indicator.
Actual Behaviour:
No column exists in the export to show sales order creation status. Users must open each approved quote individually to check if a sales order was created.
Impact:
This creates a manual bottleneck for users managing multiple approved quotes, particularly when working with PSA integrations like Whitehat/HALO. Without this visibility, approved quotes can slip through without corresponding sales orders being created in the PSA system.
