Feature Request: Notification-Only Recipients in Quote Approval Workflow

When sending a quote for approval, users should be able to distinguish between two types of recipients:

• Approvers (e.g. Person A): receive the quote and are required to approve it.

• Observers (e.g. Person B,C or D): receive a notification every time the quote contact does (like that the order has been successfully received), but are not required to take any action themselves.
