Fill in External Approval Response, date and signature (name) in Autotask

At the moment the quote is approved in Salesbuildr, we can see who approved it, but why is this data not also filled in within the Autotask fields?

External Approval Response (empty now, should be set to approved)
External Approval Response Date (empty now, should be date of approval)
External Approval Respanse Signature (empty now, should be Name of the approver)

We use widgets for these Autotask Fields, so if they're empty we could miss things.
