First time view botifications and Azure Spam filters of add IP adresses to ignore first-time view

Problem:
MS365 Spam filter what i active on my inbox do check the link, SB see's this as first time view.

It is impossible to add all IP adresses of all spamfilters, but when a user/company (client from sb) van add his own ignore list to the first time view trigger,… would be help a lot.
