Floating Nav Bar to quickly access other sections - avoid scrolling

Would it be possible for the horizontal nav bar to remain in view as we scroll down a quote. I often find myself 1 or 2 pages into a quote and I need to jump back to my portfolio or jump to another section. It's a time waster to manually scroll back to the nav bar.
